Sioux Falls, SD (KELO.com) — Complaints against unlicensed massage therapists in South Dakota will no longer be heard by the state Board of Massage Therapy. Board members say those complaints need to go to local law enforcement. The decision comes after a former Sioux Falls massage therapist was accused of inappropriately touching several patients.
