South Dakota (KELO.com) — The Dairy industry in South Dakota continues struggling to find employees to do the work needed. The Governor’s Office of Economic Development has some relief: it’s approved 17-million dollars of aid for the sector. Local Dairy Farmers continue to say the labor shortage is one of their biggest issues.
