Governor Larry Rhoden
PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — Washington is struggling to pass a voter ID law, but Governor Larry Rhoden says he’ll sign a bill requiring proof of citizenship for state elections. He says he’s been holding off on signing it to give county auditors time to prepare for the immediate changes. Some auditors are concerned about being able to make the changes in time for election deadlines.
