WASHINGTON, April 1 (Reuters) – The Pentagon on Wednesday said it had reached a framework seven-year deal with Boeing Co and Lockheed Martin Corp to triple production capacity for Patriot Advanced Capability-3 Missile Segment Enhancement seekers.
