Sioux Falls, SD (KELO.com) — If you’re looking for a best friend, the Sioux Falls Area Humane Society is offering dogs for adoption again. The adoption program was halted recently because of a confirmed case of canine distemper which is highly contagious. Every dog has been tested and is cleared for adoption.
