RAPID CITY, SD (KELO.com) — A Denver man has been convicted of distributing deadly drugs in western South Dakota that could place him behind bars for life. U-S Attorney Ron Parsons says Juan Sertuche was convicted of selling meth and fentanyl in the Rapid city and Pine Ridge areas for over 20 years. He could be fined more than 20-million dollars and sentenced up to life in prison. Sertuche distsributed hundreds of pounds of deadly drugs and continued his work even after his arrest in 2023.
