SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — Sioux Falls has its share of fraud cases, but a new survey shows it’s the least fraudulent city in the U-S. The survey was conducted by the website allaboutcookies.org. Least fraudulent cities were clustered in our region, with Des Moines ranking second. The most fraudulent cities are located primarily in the southeastern U-S.
