PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — Help is coming in at least one area of school spending. Governor Rhoden says he’ll sign a bill to have the state cover the cost of Reduced Price meals in the school nutrition program. The move will help lower income families, and reimburse schools for unpaid meal account balances.
