UNDATED (KELO.com) — South Dakota’s number of homeless people is down from the last two years. The Homeless count conducted in January showed 11-hundred people living in shelters or on the street. Only 26 military veterans were counted among the homeless this year. That’s the lowest number of homeless veterans recorded since 2009.
