MITCHELL, SD (KELO.com) — Authorities have identified the couple that died in a tragic accident on I-90 in Mitchell last week. Shane and Melynda Willis died when their pickup entered a ditch, struck a guard cable and fell on to Rowley Street, striking a retaining wall. Their two children, a one year old girl and a three year old boy suffered minor injuries. The family moved to Pierre to open a business a year ago.
