UNDATED (KELO.com) — The first class of Freedom Scholarship graduates will receive their diplomas this weekend. The students are the first to have received scholarship help all four years of College. In exchange, they have agreed to live and work in South Dakota for at least three years after graduating. The Legislature approved $50-million. Gifts of $150-million were received from First Premier Bank/Premier Bankcard, and $25-million total from the Avera and Sanford Health systems.
