SOIUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — A special task force is recommending a new elementary school and the replacement of the Whittier Middle School. The recommendations were made during Monday’s school board meeting, but no action was taken. The task force met four times in the last two months to review district building needs. The recommendation could lead to a bond referendum next spring.
