MADISON, SD (KELO.com) — A dispute over electrical power has derailed plans for a proposed digital currency mining data facility in Madison. Talks with Giga Energy were moving forward until city officials learned the company demanded non-interruptible electric services. The two sides were on track to finalize the Electric Service and Land Lease Agreements up to that point.
