Nationwide simultaneous reading of Declaration of Independence to mark America 250

PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — The festivities go on to celebrate America’s 250th birthday.  The South Dakota Commission of America 250 and Public Broadcasting will take part in a nationwide simultaneous reading of the Declaration of Independence Wednesday evening.  South Dakota’s reading will take place in the State Senate Chambers in Pierre at 5pm.
