SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — State Senator Tom Pischke is pleading not guilty to election fraud charges. He was in court Tuesday to submit the plea following accusations that 16 candidate forms he submitted appeared to be forged. An affidavit shows 13 people told investigators they never signed the forms. Three others say Pischke asked them to be a precinct committeeman or committeewoman.
