Sioux Falls, S.D. (Kelo.com) — Domestic violence was a factor in the Friday stabbing death of a Sioux Falls woman.
46-year-old Yien Dak Duop Chiek was arrested after a high-speed chase that ended south of Sioux City on I-29.
43-year-old Nysam Chagi had obtained a protection order against Chiek the day before her death.
Police records indicate the couple had a history of domestic violence incidents.
