SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — As students across the community prepare to head back to the classroom, local organizations are stepping up to help families with the rising costs of school supplies.
Several school supply giveaway events are being held this month, offering students everything from backpacks and notebooks to pencils.
Project SOS at The Banquet is one of the events happening.
Events at The Banquet will take place today, Tuesday the 18th, and Thursday the 20th with an alternative day on Saturday the 22nd.
