BRANDON, S.D. (KELO.com) – The Split Rock Volunteer Fire Department is well on its way to buying a new fire truck.
The truck costs about $265-thousand dollars…and the department has raised about $180-thousand so far.
The department covers the area of Brandon to Valley Springs.
With the increased population in the area, the number of calls is on the rise.
