PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — South Dakota’s unemployment rate is moving higher…but is still among the lowest rates in the nation. The state’s jobless rate inched higher to 2.3% in February, the most recent month available…from 2.2% in January. The National unemployment rate stood at 4.4% in February, declining to 4.3% in March.
