SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — Sioux Falls City Council Chairman Rich Merkouris wins another four years in office. He was the only incumbent running for city council…and the only candidate to win election without a runoff. In the Central District Zak Okuwe will face Zach DeBoer in three weeks. In the Southeast, Sara Pankonin squares off against Michael Crane. The At-Large A seat will feature James Oppenheimer against Vince Danh.
