PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — Absentee voting for South Dakota’s GOP Governor’s runoff starts a week from today. The ballots will be mailed by county auditors and the Secretary of State’s office says those who requested absentee ballots for the primary won’t need to submit a new application. The Election is set for July 28th.
