SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — Jamie Smith made it official late yesterday – he requested a recount of votes in the runoff election for Mayor with Christine Erickson. Each candidate will select a representative, and the city will appoint a third person to the recount board that both sides approve. The Board will then convene within ten calendar days to begin the process.
