PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — The South Dakota Supreme Court is picking up the pace of its handling of cases – and set a new record in the process. For the first time, the High Court has resolved of of its cases for the current court term year. Chief Justice Steven Jensen says the goal now is to decide all cases by the end of June of each year.
