HURON, SD (KELO.com) — Braggin’ rights on baggin’ skills are up for grabs at the South Dakota State Fair. The State Retailers association is sponsoring the Best Bagger Competition. It’s the first step in a national competition that carries a ten-thousand dollar top prize.
