MITCHELL, SD (KELO.com) — The road between Mitchell and Sturgis is packed with bikers headed to the Sturgis rally.
Mitchell held its annual pre-Sturgis party Thursday night, which gave Main Street Mitchell the appearance and feel of a scaled down Sturgis.
Brian Klock, and his motorcycle parts company Klock Werks started the event 19 years ago.
“Everybody’s stoked – they’re excited to be in Mitchell. There’s people her from Nova Scotia, San Antonio, Texas, Las Vegas and British Columbia – all coming here just for this party.”
The ten-day event runs from Friday through August 16th.
