SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) – The Jo Dee Messina concert scheduled for Washington Pavilion in Sioux Falls is canceled.
An email was sent to ticket holders on Monday that the September 27th show was canceled because of “circumstances beyond the artist’s control.”
Refunds will be issued within 30 days.
