SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) – Another guilty plea in the beating death of a Sioux Falls man a year ago.
Al Pigney has pleaded guilty to manslaughter, while other charges including murder and aggravated assault were dropped.
He’s one of four people charged in the attack at Cherry Rock Park that took the life of 51-year old Thomas Fernandez.
Another suspect made a similar plea deal earlier.
