UNDATED (KELO.com) — Gas prices are on the rise again, with oil prices jumping to their highest levels since May. Oil spiked to more than $100 per barrel yesterday, and we’ll all be feeling that at the pump soon. The national average is now at $4.06/gallon, and is $4.02/gallon in South Dakota.
