SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — Get set for more delays if Cliff Avenue is part of your regular commute. The northbound bridge is out and progress is being made, but Cliff Avenue will be closed starting next week according to state DOT engineer Harry Johnson to complete utility work under the street. Once the utility work is complete, Cliff will reopen in about a week. Johnson says paving north of Cliff avenue on I-229 should come next month.
